Introducing John Raine, Training & Applications here at the Training Academy. No stranger to William Smiths, John has been with us nearly a decade now and has a fountain of knowledge from both technical and application standpoint that he can pass onto delegates coming through the Training Academy.
Being an expert in both the architectural and vehicle wrap fields, there is a great chance you’ll be trained by John when you visit the Training Academy.

Mike Szwacki
Introducing Mike Szwacki, our dedicated vehicle wrap expert here at the Training Academy. Having Mike on board with us at William Smiths is a massive coup for the company, as Mike today is one of the best wrappers in the world and is very much top of his game.
With a number of world acclaimed wrapping awards to his name and decades of experience under his belt, Mike is the perfect individual to teach you the ropes of vehicle wrapping.

Tom Greaves
As demand grows at the William Smith Training Academy, we’re pleased to introduce Tom Greaves, currently training to become an in-house application specialist. Joining in January 2021 as Fabrication Team Leader, Tom’s interest in vinyl fitting and installation has steadily grown.
Now part of the Training Academy, he assists with courses, hones his application skills, and learns from experienced trainers. While developing across multiple application types, Tom is particularly drawn to the Architectural sector, calling it “an exciting and growing market.” We’re proud to support his development and look forward to his future as a trainer.

Phil Moran
Introducing Phil Moran, who leads our Interior Film in Commercial Training Course, here at the Training Academy. Phil is no stranger to William Smith, being a graduate of the Training Academy himself almost a decade a go!
Phil has completed 100's of refurbishments in his time, so there really is no better man for the job when it comes to teaching you how to wrap within a construction setting. Not only that, but Phil is also accredited with both 3M DI-NOC and LX Hausys BENIF, giving you that extra peace of mind that you are in the best hands possible when it comes to training.

Rick Souza
We’re thrilled to welcome Rick Souza, Owner of Wrapped Up Cars Limited, to the William Smith Training Academy. Based in Bristol, Rick will deliver vehicle wrap courses, making our training more accessible in the South.
Rick began his career at 16 in Brazil as a car mechanic, where he also mastered window tinting - a skill he’s honed ever since. After moving to the UK, he launched his own tinting business and expanded into wraps, from dechromes to full transformations.
Now with the Training Academy, Rick is ready to inspire wrappers, championing patience, practice and a mindset of continuous learning.
