The Challenge
Signwrite Studios Ltd were appointed by Glenside Interiors to carry out an interior refurbishment at a commercial office building in Maidenhead. The brief covered a broad scope of work, including wall wraps, lift and door finishes, tea point upgrades, IPS panels, and toilet cubicle wraps. The client required robust, design-led finishes that could perform well in high-traffic areas while elevating the visual standard of the space.
The Solution
To meet these demands, Signwrite Studios selected 3M DI-NOC Architectural Finishes, supplied by William Smith:
- AE-2162MT, with its soft concrete texture and super-matt finish, was used to refresh walls and tea point surfaces.
- PS-3094MT was specified for lifts, internal doors, and IPS panels, providing a highly durable surface with a clean finish.
These materials enabled a complete transformation without the need for costly or time-consuming replacements.
