We've expanded our VION range with the launch of VP1, a monomeric vinyl designed for short-term promotional work where value, reliability and visual impact all play an important role.
Developed for applications of up to one year, VP1 is ideal for printers and sign-makers producing point-of-display graphics, exhibition visuals, retail promotions and decals. By focusing on short-term performance, the film offers a more cost-effective alternative to polymeric vinyls, while still delivering dependable results in print and installation.
VP1 features a clean, bright white surface that supports strong, consistent colour reproduction across eco-solvent, solvent, UV and latex print technologies. The gloss finish helps graphics stand out in busy, high-traffic environments. To suit different applications, the film is available with either a removable grey adhesive for clean removal at the end of a campaign, or a permanent adhesive where a longer-lasting bond is required.
Designed to integrate easily into existing workflows, VP1 uses a lay-flat polycoated liner that supports reliable release for contour cutting and decal work. It is available in 1370mm and 1520mm roll widths, with a 50-metre roll length.
“VP1 reflects how the VION range continues to evolve around the practical needs of our customers,” said Lindsay Hutchinson, Head of Marketing at William Smith Group 1832. “There is strong demand for a dependable, short-term vinyl that delivers excellent print quality without the cost of a polymeric film. VP1 gives printers and sign-makers greater flexibility when quoting and delivering promotional work.”
VP1 reinforces the VION promise of strong performance at excellent value and is available now from William Smith.
