PVL were commissioned to create a high-impact Search & Rescue livery for a newly converted show and demo vehicle. The aim was to showcase the conversion to prospective customers and demonstrate what modern high-visibility livery can do in real-world conditions. Because the vehicle was out on the road for demos most days, PVL had to engineer a solution that could be specified, designed, produced, and fitted fast—without compromising on visibility or finish. From cutting and collating to text, print, and fitting, the end-to-end operations took just 12 hours.
The Specification
To deliver the emergency-style look with maximum conspicuity, PVL selected a mix of 3M Diamond Grade reflective films with Mactac for contrast:
