The Material Choice
For the project, Elite Signs & Graphics selected Avery Dennison MPI 1105 EA RS, with the graphics produced using Epson wide format printers.
According to Simon James, Director at Elite Signs & Graphics, the company’s decision to use Avery Dennison materials is based on its experience of using the products across a wide range of vehicle graphics projects.
“We only use Avery Dennison wrap products as we trust the quality, the high gloss appearance and wrapability. Having used many other materials in the industry, we’ve found Avery to be the best, coupled with our Avery Dennison Specialist Installers.”
For an ongoing fleet branding project, confidence in the chosen material is particularly important. Every new vehicle needs to achieve the same quality of finish, even when its dimensions, panels and overall shape differ from those completed previously.
Using a trusted printable wrap film also gives Elite Signs & Graphics the confidence to reproduce the PSS Scaffolding design consistently as the fleet continues to grow.
Building a Consistent Fleet Identity
The challenge was not simply to create an effective design for one vehicle. The branding needed to work as a flexible system that could be adapted across a mixed commercial fleet.
With five vehicles now carrying the refreshed design, the PSS Scaffolding fleet feels connected and immediately recognisable. Whether the graphics appear on a lorry, pickup or Ford Transit Custom, each vehicle reinforces the same company identity.
This consistency helps PSS Scaffolding build recognition whenever one of its vehicles is seen travelling between projects or working at a customer site.
Rather than each new vehicle presenting a slightly different version of the brand, every addition strengthens the identity established across the wider fleet.
