Tom Greaves is a Training Manager at William Smith Group 1832, working within the Training Academy to deliver and develop professional training programmes focused on vinyl installation. His role centres on helping customers and installers build the practical skills, technical understanding, and confidence needed to apply self-adhesive films correctly across a range of applications.

He currently leads the Architextural Application Training Course, specialising in the installation techniques required for architectural interior films. A key part of this training focuses on surface preparation, installation theory, and best practice processes that ensure long-lasting, professional finishes. By combining theory-based learning with hands-on demonstrations, Tom helps installers understand not just how to apply self-adhesive films, but why certain techniques deliver better results.

Alongside this, Tom also supports the Vehicle Wrap Training Course to help deliver practical instruction on automotive vinyl applications.

In addition to delivering training, Tom regularly provides technical troubleshooting support, helping customers diagnose installation challenges and identify practical solutions. Whether advising on preparation techniques, installation environments, or application methods, Tom takes a clear, practical approach that focuses on helping installers achieve consistent, high-quality results.
