PVL recently transformed a VW ID Buzz using the versatile 3M Print Wrap Film IJ180mC, showcasing a harmonious blend of innovative design and effective branding for their client.

Choosing the Right Material

The decision to use 3M Print Wrap Film IJ180mC was driven by its proven track record in delivering both quality and long-term durability. Recognised for its adaptability to various vehicle contours, as well as its ease of application, this film was perfect for the sleek lines of the VW ID Buzz.

Installation Process

Remarkably, the entire wrap was applied by a single skilled fitter from PVL in less than 8 hours. This efficiency was made possible by the film's Controltac and Micro-Comply features, which allow for repositionability and a bubble-free finish. The installation showcased not only the fitter's expertise but also the user-friendly nature of the film.

Visual Impact and Brand Representation

After application, the VW ID Buzz was transformed into a mobile billboard for the client. The vivid colours and clear graphics of the wrap made the vehicle stand out, effectively conveying the company's brand and messaging. PVL stated, “The combination of IJ180mC with the 8518 overlaminate resulted in fantastic gloss levels that added depth to the colours, enhancing the overall visual appeal of the vehicle.”
