Southampton-based sign and graphics company, Extreme Signs Ltd, recently completed the installation of Chapter 8 chevron kits with the assistance of our team at Smith.

Chevron kits are a safety device used to improve the visibility of vehicles, particularly those who frequently stop by the side of busy or high-speed roads, such as construction, maintenance, or recovery vehicles. They’re easy to install and can be used on any type of vehicle. Chevron kits come in all sorts of shapes and sizes to suit specific needs and requirements.

Historically, Extreme Signs’ main service has been point-of-sale signage, with vehicle wrapping and fleet graphics as a supplementary business offering. However, due to a combination of the new car supply chain issues caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit, they’ve refocused their efforts to ensure their offerings in branding and fleet are of the highest quality and best value for money possible.

The opportunity arose to refresh their branding and Extreme Signs highlighted that their existing chevrons weren’t compliant with the most recent updates to regulations.
