We are pleased to announce the addition of VinylEfx to our comprehensive portfolio of digital print films.

The metalised range of printable vinyl is designed to replicate the look of metallic finishes in a variety of hot-embossed, distinctive patterns for a realistic, deeper defined appearance.

The eye-catching films are available in two series, Indoor and Outdoor, with colours including rose gold, champagne, satin copper, bronze, silver and gold, in smooth and fine brush finishes plus Rainbow Brite Overall films which give a silver iridescent chrome effect (download the  colour card here).

VinylEfx is perfect for bold, creative applications making it ideal for vehicle graphics, retail, exhibitions and events as window graphics, displays and signage.

Suitable for flat and simple curve, smooth applications, VinylEfx Indoor Series provides indefinite indoor life and short-term exterior life (not warranted for exterior applications) whilst the Outdoor Series with added UV inhibitors provides up to 3 years exterior life when edge sealed.

Adhesives also differ between the two Series, with the Indoor films featuring a clear permanent water based, pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive whilst the Outdoor films use a clear permanent solvent based, pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive.

However, both Series possess excellent lay flat properties and stability during cutting and weeding, meaning these 65 micron films offer quick and easy handling.

VinylEfx prints like vinyl, using a variety of screen print inks, thermal transfer systems, UV, solvent and Eco Solvent inkjet printers. These films can also be steel rule die cut, thermal die cut, embossed and domed.
