We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new website!

In a period where good news is hard to come by, we want to kick start 2021 with a bit of positivity.

Over the last 6 months, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a new website that will help improve your William Smith experience.

Originally built in 2014 it was time for an upgrade. In the world of technology if you stand still you go backwards, and we recognise that. It’s a fast-paced industry, just like sign and graphics.

Having listened to feedback, we’ve taken everything on board and made numerous changes for the better.

The most significant upgrade to the website is its performance on mobile devices. The site has been built with a mobile-first mentality, which means it is now fully optimised across both mobile and desktop devices. The resulting benefit from this is that you can now access vital product information and order on the go without any issues.

In addition to optimisation, many other areas of the website have been enhanced, these include:

A new support hub; customers can access everything from brochures, product bulletins, printer profiles, and hints and tips. It’s crammed full of content.
The new Training Academy; keep up to date with the latest courses and details. If you see a course which is right for you, then get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Improved navigation; the site has been streamlined and restructured so it is now easier than ever to find what you’re looking for.
Product search; not quite sure which product is right for you? Search for application types via the home page. You can also search via the trusted search tool at the header of the website.
Reintroducing live chat; speak to the support team and get an instant response to your questions.
Be inspired; we’ve introduced an inspiration section that is full of insightful blogs, and the latest news from WS Group 1832 and the wider industry.
It just looks better!

The upgrades don’t just stop there. Over the coming weeks and months ahead we’ll be continuously developing the website, bringing you the latest product information, industry news, and support.
