Arlon’s new polymeric Fusion Wrap film has been released to the industry and we're proud to add the innovative material to our portfolio.

The industry’s thinnest and most conformable calendered film features advanced FLITE Technology^TM and is the product of choice when cost-driven opportunities are presented, or shorter to medium-term durability is specified.

Fusion Wrap is a high-grade polymeric, 60-micron, white gloss film specifically designed for vehicle wraps. As it’s thin and flexible, the wrap facilitates ease of use and efficiency.

Thanks to FLITE Technology^TM the film’s lite initial contact adhesive system ensures repositionability, developing an anchor tack that enables quick and effective installations.

Suitable for flat to simple curves, the digital film features low profile, air egress liner with a tinted, permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive.

For the thinnest hybrid installation, it is recommended the film is paired with Series 3170 intermediate cast overlaminate, providing a wrap kit of 95-microns.
