William Smith now has 34 new dynamic colours available to customers, including seven additions to 3M™ Envision™ Translucent Film Series 3730 and 27 additions to 3M™ Scotchcal™ Translucent Graphic Film Series 3630.

This brings the total selection of 3M’s coloured translucent films to 103 across the two product ranges, highlighting the company’s commitment to become the number one choice for materials and signage.

Product Specification Of New Translucent Films From 3M

The new additions to 3M™ Envision™ Translucent Film Series 3730, offer a choice of unique colours, including Regal Red, Olympic Blue and Plum Purple. By achieving the same level of brightness with fewer light sources, reducing material and maintenance costs, these films can contribute to a firm’s sustainability goal.

Now available in 25 colours with a 10-year durability, the matt, cast 50-micron translucent film has a clear, permanent, pressure sensitive adhesive and delivers high light transmission levels, which provides a vibrant, rich colour on LED illuminated signs.

The 3M™ Scotchcal™ Translucent Graphic Film Series 3630, which now boasts a variety of 78 colour options, including Fire Engine Red, Berry Burgundy and Electric Pink, is suitable for first and second surface application on plastic and glass substrates, to create internally-illuminated sign faces and window graphics.

With a clear, permanent, pressure sensitive adhesive and a 10-year durability, the 50-micron translucent film is designed to be thermoformable.
