2. Your A- Team Dream Team

 

The A-Team is a unique part of our business and should be used to your advantage. Each member of our ‘Architextural Team’ brings something different to the table, complementing each other nicely!

Starting from left to right, George is the ‘go between’, between the sales team and marketing, offering a sales point of view on campaigns and project insight. George’s role as Architextural Project Manager means he’s here to help you with anything from trial installations (we’ll come to this later) to project specifications and offers coordination to the growing number of leads.

Gill a lot of you may know, after being on the William Smith team for over 30 years. She is most recently our Training and Application Manager, meaning any course you come on, she’ll be there to share her wealth of knowledge! Offering that long serving industry experience to put you well on your way to Architextural success. Lol doesn’t just make you lol but brings the creative side to the team as well. He’s our lead creative for onsite architectural projects, along with any exhibition stands we design. He captures all our professional shots and videos and is happy to help where he can with your projects too. From design schemes and mood boards, to handy product videos, hints and tips, to how to take your own professional photos, he’s got it covered, you’re welcome to browse more on our YouTube Channel.

Last but not least, Linz and Jack are the A-Teams marketing experts, they’ve got years of experience and insider knowledge into the architectural market to help grow your business. 3. Training your way

 

Just over 4 years ago we developed an Inspiration Centre which holds the theory and social arena of any training course! Plus, a bigger and better Wrap Room; to gets hands on and down and dirty with vinyl!! This then became, ‘The Academy!’

Held at the Academy are 2 main courses that you might be interested in. Our 2 day Architextural Application Course (basically learning how to apply the material) and a 1 day Architextural Sales Course (due to this still being quite a new concept, it’s handy to know how to sell!) This is quite unique, making sure we’re helping you along your architectural journey.

By using the products we supply throughout your training, trainees get to sample a variety of the hundreds of patterns, therefore you’re more likely to be able to find the right one which is suited to your project. The knowledge and expertise shared in the training courses by Gill will then be used to put you through your paces and ensure you’re ready for the big bad wrapping world!

4. The Installer Network - Be part of it

 

We all love to feel part of something, it’s human nature. Whether it’s a local football team, a gym class or gathering a group together for a pub quiz, it’s nice! We want to create a similar vibe of support and knowledge through our Facebook Installer Network. Your community of likeminded installers to support and guide each other.

Once you’ve been on one of training courses, you’ll receive an exclusive invitation to the private group (there’s not just any Tom, Dick and Harry in there don’t worry!) and within that group we encourage people to share hints and tips or any exciting projects. Members tend to ask each other queries and post the work they’ve been doing so that you’re constantly inspired by what architectural finishes can do.

Gill is also part of the group therefore you can reach out to her whenever suits, she doesn’t just disappear after your course, she’s here to stay!

The Installer Network is an exclusive private group where we drive awareness of the brand, meaning we’re all in it together. Leads are created between team members and this opens the doors to lots of different exciting avenues.

Due to installers being members of the group you will be part of a closed hub of resources that you might need across each of your projects.

And let’s not forget events, it’s hard to scroll the web trying to find which event you should be attending and how often. The group will allow you to get a vibe for which are the most important in the industry, and you may even get a surprise invite if you’re lucky!

You need to see it to believe it! While we’re talking networking let’s mention exhibitions. Over the years we have tried to drive awareness with key markets by investing in events to allow us to show off the patterns we like the most and to display just what is possible using film. This investment allows us to educate architects, designers, and other markets to drive demand for you. It’s a positive way to show off exactly what these vinyls can do.

By setting up inspirational areas in situ, potential clients can see just where architectural films have the most design impact. We believe in these products, and we want to share this enthusiasm with the world. This is the buzz we want the whole industry to have over this concept. After all, it deserves it!

6. Prove it with a Trial Install

 

We like to feel like we’re in partnership with you as our customer, if you trust us then we’ll trust you! That’s why we want to help and support you with your potential projects wherever we can to ensure you get over that line.

Trial installations have been facilitated with larger projects in the past with great success. Proving to the client how wrapping works and how a finish will look once its applied means they can visualise the concept process. This can help you to get that all important sign off.
